Piers Lloyd-Cox

Born and raised in Mallorca, Piers came to real estate the way islanders tend to through proximity, then passion. His father, originally from the UK, founded his own Mallorca agency in 1995, the practice from which Home Finder Mallorca traces its roots. Piers grew up alongside the business, qualified with an API certificate in Spanish real estate law in 2016, and never seriously considered doing anything else.

Close to a decade of work on the island has taken him across sales, rentals, commercial property, and development. That breadth gives him something no market report can replicate: a working knowledge of every neighbourhood, an understanding of who owns what and who is quietly considering a move, and a clear sense of where a microlocation is heading before the listings reflect it.

In 2026, together with partners Hattaya Laemsamoot and Isabell Cohen, Piers relaunched Home Finder Mallorca. The name carries its history. The practice carries a new chapter a small team working closely with a carefully chosen number of buyers, sellers, and investors at any one time, across primary residences, holiday homes, and investment portfolios.

His approach is consultative and unhurried. Equally at ease with a family finding their long-term home on the island and an investor structuring something more complex. What he offers is local fluency, a long memory, and the kind of candid counsel that only comes from having lived the place.
